[London, January 17, 1967], 1 page, recto and verso of a single A4 sheet of unlined paper (265 x 194 mm ), in black felt marker and blue ballpoint pen. A few annotations in red ink, one small 5 mm hole and some soiling to lower margin, folding creases, light foxing to lower margin verso. Matted in double paneled glass frame to 19 x 15 inches.
