Qualifications

2 yrs college, tech school, or equiv exp in IS. 2 yrs in customer serv or helpdesk. 1 yr using problem mgmt system. Ability to triage, analyze and resolve technical problems over the phone. Ability to log information into prob. mgmt. system during call and navigate knowledgebase. Accuracy in a high call volume environment, utilizing PC and telephone functions.
